Splitters
The uncomplicated one. Cost-effective and balanced dosing for up to 4 points.
TriboServ Splitters are flow distributors, based on the hydraulic throttle principle.
No moving parts are required for distribution, making the splitter uncomplicated and cost effective.
Integrated check valves in the opening direction are provided with each outlet. This prevents the lubricant from moving backwards.
Typical applications of the splitters are wherever the back pressures of the lubrication points are not very different from one another.
TSPV
The all-purpose distributor. Reliable supply of up to 14 lubrication points.
The TSPV is a progressive lubricant distributor for a maximum working pressure of 1450psi (100bar).
It is therefore particularly suitable for use with the lubricant pumps of the TriboServ FlexxPump series.
TriboServ’s TSPV progressive distributors are available in several outlet configurations.
They come fully tested and prefilled with a neutral, food-grade (H1) lubricant, which can be mixed with other lubricants approved by TriboServ GmbH & Co. KG.
This simplifies the initial commissioning.
One of the advantages TSPV brings is that it is made of high-grade corrosion resistant aluminum. Ideal for use in linear systems, food processing and chemical plants.
ESV
ESV offers advanced distribution solutions for smart lubrication applications.
As needed, each outlet can be turned on and off with electronic remote control for precise dispensing to each lubrication points or to sub-distributors.
It can be ordered as group of 4, 8 or 12 outlets. Multiple ESVs can be bridged electronically with communication cables for a centralized control.
With ESV, almost infinite number of configurations and dispensing volume settings can be achieved.
